What types of coasters do you offer?
We specialise in high-quality cardboard drink coasters, perfect for venues, events, businesses, and promotional use.
What sizes and shapes are available?
Our standard sizes are 96mm round and 96mm square with rounded corners. Custom sizes and shapes are available upon request.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity for cardboard coasters is 1000 units

DESIGN AND CUSTOMISATION
Can I use my own design for the coasters?
Yes, all of our coasters are custom made. You can email your own design, or collaborate with our design team to create a design.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We accept files in JPEG, PNG, PDF formats. PDF is the preferred format for print ready files.
Is there a design proof process?
If you are a trade client we expect to receive print ready artwork. If there are any concerns our design team will provide a digital proof for your approval before printing begins.
Can I see a sample of my design before placing a full order?
As a producer of high volume orders for the printing industry it is not possible to do a press check proof prior to printing.

Yes, our cardboard coasters are made from recyclable materials and printed with eco-friendly inks. They are recycleable and compostable.

Our cardboard coasters are designed to be absorbent and durable for single or multiple uses.
Are the coasters absorbent?
Yes, our cardboard coasters are specifically designed to be highly absorbent.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard and Direct Deposit.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer significant discounts for high volume orders. If the quantity you are after please contact us for a custom quote.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What are your shipping options?
We ship all over Australia and use choose the most efficient method based on the size of the order and the delivery location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Production time varies but we are industry leading when it comes to turnaround. Coasters usually leave us within 4-5 business days. Shipping time is additional.
Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we only service Australia
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
What is your return policy?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order prior to it going into production. After that cancellation is not possible without incurring cost.
What if my coasters arrive damaged?
In the rare instance that your coasters arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for the appropriate action to be taken.
